Each burner operates independently through its own valve, offering a versatile cooking zone configuration. The unit features radiants situated beneath the broiling section to capture and redirect burner heat upwards, enhancing cooking efficiency. Additionally, partitions between burners minimize the transfer of heat across different zones.
The Wolf ACB25 gas charbroiler incorporates a heat deflector mechanism to direct heat away from the grease drawer, thereby maintaining a cooler area that facilitates easier cleaning. Its construction includes a stainless steel control panel, top surface, backsplash, grease trough, and sides, all built to withstand corrosion and support the rigors of commercial use with its fully welded chassis. To further accommodate operational convenience, the charbroiler is fitted with adjustable legs, raising it to an optimal height above the countertop.
